Collagen
For Healthy Joints, Skin & Muscle
Collagen is an essential component of our entire body, making up 30% of our total body protein. Collagen is crucial for mobile joints, stable bones, healthy muscles, strong ligaments and tendons, smooth skin, glossy hair and healthy fingernails. As we age, our body naturally produces less collagen.
Supplementing with collagen has been clinically shown to:
Relieve and repair joint pain(1)
Improve muscle mass (2)
Aid with wound healing and recovery from surgery(3)
We use a form of collagen called collagen hydrolysate (also called collagen peptides), a micro active form that has been optimized for cellular absorption and effectiveness. It has no flavour or odour and dissolves in hot or cold liquid, ensuring the collagen in BeneMe is an ideal way to get the benefits of this vital protein.

Protein
Beneme Has More Protein per Serve
The Australian Department of Health (6) provides the following Recommended Dietary Intakes (RDI) for protein intake for each Life Stage and gender. As we get older or go through pregnancy and lactation our protein requirements increase significantly. With a high 22.9 g of protein per serve, Beneme helps you meet your daily protein requirement.

No Added Sugar
Beneme Has No Added Sugar
Unlike other nutritional drinks on the market, Beneme has no added sugar or fructose. Many other brands are extremely sweet, with fructose or sugar being found among the first four ingredients. High intake of these ingredients has been linked to obesity, diabetes, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. (4) They also add empty calories with zero nutritional value. Beneme uses stevia glycosides, a natural sweetener from the stevia plant. Stevia does not affect blood sugar levels, has no added calories and has an estimated glycemic load of zero. (5)
